1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Petting Lounge and any products or services you order from us. By creating an account, using the service, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Our service

Petting Lounge creates custom artwork from the photos and instructions you provide, then offers that artwork on made-to-order products such as posters, framed prints, and cards. Artwork previews may be generated using third-party artificial-intelligence services. Each finished product is made to order and fulfilled by our production partners, including Printify.

3. Your photos and instructions

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use every photo, name, message, and instruction you submit. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, contains sensitive personal information, or is otherwise inappropriate.

You give Petting Lounge a limited right to use your submitted content only to generate your artwork, provide customer support, and create and fulfill your order. We may decline or remove content that violates these terms or that we cannot safely process.

4. AI-generated artwork

Generated previews are creative interpretations of your input and may vary from the source photo or requested style. Please review your selected preview and product options carefully before placing an order. We do not guarantee that generated artwork will match a particular artistic result.

5. Orders, pricing, and fulfillment

Product options, prices, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes will be shown before you submit payment. An order is accepted only after we confirm it. Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by product availability, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Because products are customized and made to order, please inspect all artwork, sizing, and product choices before payment. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order confirmation, contact us promptly at PettingLounge@gmail.com so we can review the issue.

6. Accounts

Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

7. Changes and availability

We may update the service, product offerings, or these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. We may suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service.
